Drew Larkins manages conceptual project budgeting, scheduling, A/E consultant supervision, construction contract negotiation, contractor supervision and overall site construction. Drew’s project management experience in the construction industry spans across several market sectors such as retail, hospitality, multi-family, mixed use, and industrial warehouses. Those projects range in value from $500,000 to $44+ million.
Drew takes great pride in developing lasting relationships between contractors, city and jurisdictional development agencies, design consultants, and other key members to a successful project. He approaches challenges in creative and innovative manners, questioning the “why”, challenging the status quo, and going beyond the first right answer to take a second look.
Prior to joining the Drake team in the Fall of 2021, Drew worked with Brinkmann Constructors.
Originally from St. Louis MO, Drew graduated from Missouri University of Science & Technology with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering.
