Coltin Diehl joined Drake Development in June 2026 as a Sales and Leasing Associate, working across Drake's diverse portfolio. Driven by the opportunity to bring new and exciting tenants and concepts to Drake's developments, he takes pride in building lasting client relationships and delivering value to all parties in a transaction.
Coltin earned his real estate license in 2022 and began his career at Block & Company, where he served first as a Property Manager and later as a Sales Agent. In that role, he focused primarily on retail and restaurant representation, working with clients including Associated Wholesale Grocers, Price Chopper, and the Greater Kansas City Restaurant Association.
Coltin holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of Missouri–Kansas City.
