David Carey serves as Director of Property Operations at Drake Development, bringing nearly 20 years of experience in property management and building maintenance across both residential and commercial properties.
In his role at Drake, David oversees the ongoing maintenance and operations of the properties managed by the company. He also serves as the primary point of contact for Property Owners Associations across Drake’s various developments, helping ensure properties are well maintained and operating efficiently.
Outside of work, David enjoys spending time with his wife of 19 years and their three children, all of whom are involved in Scouts. David is also his daughter’s Cubmaster and spends much of his free time participating in Scouting activities with his family.
