Marc is a Development Analyst at Drake, where he specializes in underwriting properties across various asset types. He is responsible for analyzing the feasibility of projects through market research and financial modeling, as well as working with lenders to secure financing. Marc has always had an interest in real estate development and one day hopes to own his own company.
Marc joined the Drake team in August 2024 and relocated to Kansas City after graduating from the University of Georgia with degrees in Finance and Real Estate. Prior to joining Drake full-time, he gained experience in both development and banking through roles with TPA Group, Landmark Properties, and Wells Fargo. In his free time, he enjoys golfing, traveling, and staying active.
